​@@kevm7751I disagree, first, the officers are in "public safety" mode, not night patrol or "tackle and arrest" mode. This means their psychological brakes are more on. And that's a good thing because there were dozens of people there who came to visit the place, not for a show of law enforcement effectiveness. Second, they restrained their aggression according to the threat, anyone can identify a simple guy "lost in his ideas" from a real aggressor and a real threat. In the end, the officers' actions proved correct because everything ended well, the guy left and everyone went back to their business.
