The first clip happened to me but not in a bike. Me and my friend were on a road trip, our car broke down, we're being towed, and a 18 wheeler blows a tire out. We were on The Pennsylvania Turnpike, were it is 2 lanes, the tire comes flying out us, the tow truck driver puts the truck in neutral, pulls off to the shoulder, then right back on to the road, as the tire (now a tank shell) Flys right by us. Our car was a small Ford Focus, if that would've hit us, I may not be here to type this. Imagine riding a motorcycle and having a blown out tire come flying out you, bottom line, especially with bikes, never drive behind trucks, it's just not safe. Stay safe out there everyone.
