On the label on the camera door it should show the camera id

Mine says I do not have a plan and I don’t have cameras on it. But I have two cameras on the plan it just wasn’t paid and I was trying to get them back up?

does not work on x b. it shuts your service off then you have to reactivate your service and pay more to reactivate , and takes up to 24 hrs to do so. wich means you have to be at the camera to start it. not good for a remote camera.

I've been delaying for months suspend my account because I figure that it's going to be a hassle. What do you know lo and behold it is a hassle. It is intentionally buried you have to do a little bit of fiddle fucking to find its typical corporate BS. WHY NOT ONE SLIDER ON THE ACCOUNT SECTION THAT YOU CAN ACTIVATE DEACTIVATE. Make it fucking simple. I spent hundreds of dollars trying to avoid this bullshit I want to deal with it.
