Crowd living under one roof is not easy. my fiance has built a house on the second floor, above her parents' house. We also have everything separate like you do. When we visit them we always stay upstairs, and even we cook upstairs we share with the pamilya. Sometimes some arguments arise among others. When I hear it (And if that argument is unnecessary) I start yelling louder than them. When they see a crazy, angry polar bear is becoming furious they become silent, and the fight is over. In other words, it's one building composed of 3 flats/apartments (1,2, 3rd floor). They will not be living in the same house. It's just like one clan living in the same compound with separate households. In the Philippines, there are lots of disagreements, because 3 or 4 generations live in one house.

I think your set up when you move to the Czech republic is okay. Hannah and relatives will be occupying each floor. They'll be living separately. Everyone is independent. If there's an emergency, they can reach out immediately. It's not like in the Philippines. The kichen is shared; the toilet is shared. Iba ang mga Czech. You should be all right. I know Hannah is really keen to move to be near to her Mum.
