Trouble with Model X on Vacation - Evermore Resort FL

We went on vacation to the Evermore Resort in Orlando FL and had a wonderful time but the Model X door broke. Its never good to have your car brake but on vacation make it worse but Tesla Service jumped on the issue we had and fixed it in record time.

I wish all Tesla service centers looked like that. The ones in the northwest are small and horrible it looks like what they've done is taken over old stores and shops and they fit about 60 or 70 Teslas in a space that was made for 30 and the shops inside have maybe five stalls at the most. That's one in Lynnwood and 4 around Vancouver BC area.

I live nearby. It is a carve out of the Grand Cypress Resort. Was a member for years. Excellent golf courses. Main course is still there. Evermore looks great.

Gotta say, stories like this make me remember why I traded in my 2020 Model X for a Model S. My wife and daughter miss the X but man those things are problem prone! Maybe Cybertruck next? Gonna wait a while and see how they hold up before trying my luck.

I grew up in Oberlin. Played the Elyria country club on mondays with a caddie who worked there. My wife was the snack shack girl in the mid 90's. I mainly played Forest Hills as it was cheap with the twilight rate and was very open so could spray it. What years did you caddie? What HS and year did you graduate?

What do you think is going to happen on May 1st with FSD? My fear is that the trial period of FSD will end for several million people. If they have enhanced autopilot, they may have a big surprise when they approach a stop sign or stop light. IMO, i think Tesla should stop for all stop signs and stop lights. Just not go on green when enhanced autopilot is active. What is your opinion on this?

Why do kids always leave lights on? Hope you were careful at night near the water, gators find their way to it anywhere in that State. So if they wouldn't let that flat bed in to get your car, how would you get your car to it if it wasn't able to drive? They don't always launch rockets at night, it has to do with weather and temperature windows.

Yes and it didn't take too much of our time as Tesla was fast at fixing everything. Plus the resort had everything so we didn't need to go anywhere

Yes but we liked the Flat much better for us. Those houses look very nice if you have a large group going to play golf
