This video was helpful. I pulled my connector and the same metal wire end in the middle was corroded most of the way and not touching.

I replaced my sensor and connector on my integra. I put some butt connectors on to a previous owners shoddy wiring job and im still throwing up a 17 VSS code. Beforehand bumps were knocking my speedometer on and off and giving me the code. This issue is kinda driving me crazy haha

Just bought an ek with b16 trans 1st-4th gear and b18 5th. I literally have the same problem as you. Cluster speed jumping on and off like in video then i check the speed sensor, found out it was missing the drive link as well

Will ths stop automatic teg from accerlating or or moving it only Revs

Shouldn’t. Sounds like you have something else going on.
