Thank you so much Terrell for your hard work and valuable time......please bring more real life troubleshoot scenario.I have couple of question How come you have a switch before firewall...
@TerrellBoyer9 жыл бұрын
zoom bd I ran everything through my switch so that I could turn on port mirrors. So If I want to see the WAN side of my router, I can mirror that port. If I want to see the LAN side, I can mirror that port. etc.

This is several years later. But you can write out the command line in a text file (for decoding the g729) and save it has a .bat and the bat file will run nice and smooth and you can just copy and paste the file name.

Hi What I would like to see, is an explanation of the value in the RTP stream Analysis for example Delta, jitter and bandwidth.

Another Question, Who is responsible for shortening your received choppy conversation ? is it the converters ? I presume wireshark honors the timestamps, it seems that the converter is not honoring timestamps since they are raw data.it will be interesting to retest the same setup but with a different codec where we eliminate the impact of raw audio converters.

Hello I just wanted to ask something. What if I don't have the packet capture from the other end and I only have a packet capture from our end. How can we distinguish if they are having a packet loss? And also if you could give us the link for the codec decoder. And you tutorial is really good. Thank you

old comment but why not import the .raw straight into audicity? I must have missed why you converted using the codec pro.
