Instance launch failed This account is currently blocked and not recognized as a valid account. I am getting this error, even Region is Mumbai is near to me but error as it is, i tried to connect with Support team, but still i am facing

Gosh this is confusing, they changed the name to EC2 Service Quotas and now I can't tell which ones I need to even request for increase if it is needed as it does not indicate in the errors which one is needed...
