Troubleshooting Elusive Shorts in SSD - Any Advice?

I'm currently attempting to repair an SSD that isn't functioning correctly. I've tested the usual suspects and checked for any obvious signs of damage or failure, yet nothing stands out. I'm reaching out to see if anyone here has tackled similar issues or has any unconventional methods or ideas that could help diagnose and fix the problem. With it powered on you need to check the voltages to the various chips. A failing capacitor maybe shorting out one of the voltage rails.

Ok, I will check, but I don't know the voltage levels. Is it 1.8V 3.3V 5V?

@dl.electric You will need to check the data sheets for the various chips. There's a possibility that all of those voltages are used somewhere in the design.
