I just got this gateway with my new fiber 1000 service. It looks good so far. Range is decent also. The cable needs to be buried outside. One thing AT&T can do better is the situation with the line laying outside on the day of installation. They should have a crew to bury the cable within 24 to 48 hours if not the same day. The tech told me that it may a while. I still have Spectrum service as well as back up until they get that in the ground.

Hey Ali! Thanks for the insightful videos. Do you know if one can expect faster wireless data transfer if using a third party router (eg Orbi) vs the onboard wifi antennas on the 320? Range/coverage is not an issue for me at the moment, but I’d like to get as close to the gb speeds over wifi in all areas of my place. Thanks!

Definitely. Replacing antennas with nodes is the way to go. It puts some management behind things rather than just broadcasting signals. At the end optimizing ur connection speeds

Not at all, it provides double the speeds with wifi 6. Its definitely one of the best mesh systems out but the price point is too high. You can get almost the same with Asus for allot less. Speaking of that, I’m thinking to go the Asus route soon as allot of features come free with Netgear you pay for them.

@@ARTECH83 why not dedicated APs over a wired backhaul. Why would you recommend a custom router vs just using the gateway as a router?

My router is blinking white slowly I know that means it’s powering up but it’s been over 30 minutes. Is there any fix?

Hello. I held the reset button for ten seconds....now the front light is just slowly flashing white, for over ten minutes. The guide I checked said this lights means it is powering up. However, I'm concerned it's not doing that, because of how long it's taking.... any idea what to do from here?

Great video. For some reason my 320 keeps blocking sites like Amazon, roblox or game apps on phone. Any idea how to bypass or grant access to those blocked sites 👏🏼

Your gateway wouldn’t block traffic by default. Problem maybe with your DNS, cache, etc.

you could just have a known good config backup from day 1 if you have no issues months later then save that config on a backup drive that you made keep it handy then update config as need and test for a month to 3 months later

Just wanted to say I managed to set a custom dns on the 210, and I've setup 8 different SSIDs and disabled and deleted the 802.1x authentication certs and supplicants. Only issues I have left to fix is no 5g SSID, and no Internet connectivity

I searched that question in google and here is what I got back “Your Wi-Fi Gateway does not have a broadband connection. Please check for a loose, disconnected, or damaged cable, and then press and hold the Red reset button for 10 seconds. Solid Amber Your Wi-Fi Gateway is powered on.”

If it's not continously staying solid white then call at&t b/c the light level is too high or you have a defective modem/ont.
