I’ve had my system at least three years, this is way overdue!!

I've just had this installed and when I adjust the temperature I want to achieve its like the boiler doesn't react to it unless I got and change the temperature on the boiler

But when you phone the tech team they seem to be behind and not updating saying the easy control needs to be hard wired to the boiler even though it is connected to the wifi and the router but not able to connect to the key or the key can not connect to the easy control when I’d already been told that there may be a problem with the key and they would replace the key then find out they need to check to see why the easy control was not wired to the boiler,,!!!!!!! Makes you think 💭 did any customer make the right choice on going for the easy control in the first place because they are not cheap.please advise your tech team on the call centre about this model.

The Energy tab doesn't work. There is not enoght data yet. Information will be available one day after installation. A month later, the information has still not been updated. Is there a solution to this problem?

Do you still have this issue if so try contacting Bosch Tech Support via their website by filling contact form, they can be take a few days to respond back.
