Thanks for your video. Just opened mine today. I bought it cause I have small tumblers I bought at Walmart and I thought this one would be great. I now have two machines going. The first one I bought on amazon. The cup keeps popping out of the machine and ruined my epoxy and when it turns it seems to be turning up then down. The other one does not do that. I’ve played with it but can’t get it to work like the other one. Please help.

I got a spin it pro which has the new spring-action arm and it’s terrible, the arms stick out of the cup and resin dripped inside and got under the spring arms which I didn’t realize until after it cured and now its glued to the cup and I can’t get it off 😭 literally 40 dollars down the toilet bc it’s not even usable anymore

I got epoxy on my power/speed dial & now it will not turn. Suggestions? Acetone to remove the epoxy possibly but then I'm afraid it will eat the plastic.

Can u explain or do a quick video on how u epoxy to top of a cup... like the lid part so it doesn’t all drip down inside the cup. Im confused on that part.

My arm keeps coming unscrewed. I tighten all the way to the right and I’m making sure my cup is level. About every 30 minutes I have to tighten it about a full turn. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately you cant use this for cups...regret buying this...it also just rotates one way...you cant remove your project until its completely cured...would be nice to be able to remove and additional another arm to continue
