Thank you so much for this tutorial. I didn’t know you can use spray paint as your base for crackle cups! I’ve only tried acrylic and it’s always a hot mess. (1 out of 5 turned out ok🤦🏼‍♀️) excited to try the elmer’s glue as well. so much cheaper and faster than crackle medium. the crackle medium takes a couple of hours to dry. I’m to impatient 😂

I guess I'm not very good at this! I just tried this same crackle and I made sure not to use too much glue( wanted my crackle a little smaller). I have huge crackle and my white slid down the tumbler and I have clumps on the cup. Summer you are so amazing and I've been slowly watching all of your videos. What am I doing wrong?

I was thinking for those of us that don't have as steady of a hand as you in placing sticker over vinyl, couldn't you print onto the sticker paper then just cut " around" the sticker with a little bit to spare then stick the sticker onto the vinyl THEN send it to the cut mode on a thicker setting for the blade. That way it does both at the same time??

@littlelee I watched your Leo tumbler cup tutorial can u use regular stickers with sticker paper I mean I seen what looked like a regular sticker but u said something about not having to put epoxy over it I wouldn’t want to mess the sticker up but with the epoxy it looks better please reply oh an if your out side doing the cup do you have to have the mask

I seen a video where they dried each layer with a heat gun. I tried and I got great cracks but they were not as big. Do you think I it was because I dried my glue before I put my top layer or paint?

I tried this with a glitter cup but when the crackle was dry the glitter peeking through was very dull due to the Elmer’s glue. What do you do about that? I wouldn’t think the epoxy would shine that up with that glue over it. Any suggestions?

Hi Cheryl, I'm a mod with LLR helping out Summer, fud you try running alcohol on your glitter to store the glue off so the doakie can come back? I would try gently in those spaces.

For crackle wth the glitter base are you using glitter paint or you using plain glitter. If so using glitter do you epoxy it how does the Crackle work from there

V Will do the glitter base, add two layers of glitter, sand smooth, do a thin hangmethod layer of epoxy . Let cure then do the crackle exactly as I do it in the tutorial!

You can have two cricut window open. Print to one cricut with one window and print to the other in the other window. :)

There was no need to add the extra weight of that extra layer of epoxy. I was hand placing them down so there was no transfer tape to accidentally lift the paint. I just placed it down and epoxied
