My husband and I purchased a property in GA many years ago and the lady we purchased it from called me and told me that she was going to take us to court because she should have ask us for more money than she did. We were young and I stressed over the situation for about 3 weeks. She called back and ask what we had decided and I told her that she would just have to take us to court. God gave me peace over the situation. She never called again.

Still not much rain here in East Central Indiana. We got 6 inches from Helene. But that was the first rain we got for most of August and September. Nothing in October except a brief shower that gave us about a quarter of an inch. Just enough to top off the steers tank. Farmers haven't stopped running corn. Beans are all done. And nearly all of the corn. It is 62 degrees at 5:30 in the morning on November 5th. This is crazy.
