Just a X-Country geek here. Used to ride portions of this, though. My after work go to was Beeks and back via Skyline.

Geezuz! That's one loooong downhill. I did Diablo trail few weeks ago but I don't think it was as long as this one. I'll have to come back. Great stuff!

Yeah, it's a long one! I saw the start of Diablo off Skyline trail near the top of Troy Lee. Can't wait to try that one.

Wow! Those are some nice views!

Amazing views, especially on a clear day. The GoPro doesn't do it justice.

I watched this last night before riding the trail for the first time today. I just wish I had watched a little closer. I missed the left hand turn at 6:46. Nice video.

I think that split at 6:46 connects right back up. I missed the left turn at 8:32 and had to hike back up. You'll see a quick edit in the video where I continued on. My buddy told me after the ride, "Go right at the first split, then left at all the splits after that."

I will go back through the footage to see. On the plus side, I got to ride a chute called F'ing Steep according to Strava. Definitely a good warm up for Tin Mine

Ah yes, that was the split at 7:26. You can hear me say "oh geez" as I approach the drop ;) Should've stayed left to hit that cool ladder bridge before the ladder drop. @@outdoorsandiego

Way too steep and rutty for me... I'll stick to Vailocity... thankyouverymuch! :D
@JoeSparacio9 ай бұрын
It's not so bad ;) Vail has way more chunky/steep trails.

I'm all in. How do get to the top?
@JoeSparacio8 ай бұрын
The easiest way is to start at Skyline Drive trailhead in Corona and ride up the fire road. We came over from Black Star Canyon (see Strava link), but that adds a lot more climbing.
