I grew up in a small fairly secluded rural community. There was a problem with feral dogs. A pack of runaways or whatever had gone wild and were coming through and making a mess of the trash, killing pets and livestock, shitting all over. They bit a little girl who was waiting for the bus. The men got together in their trucks with their guns and beer and after that there weren't any more problems. Not advocating for anything, but the authorities weren't doing anything about it. Should we have just let them keep going on and getting worse?
