Spot on review my man! The only thing I'd add is, since this is close to Oligarch which retails at 450eur for 50ml I'd much prefer this for 270eur for 100ml. If you add better performance and longevity than Oligarch it's my preffered choice. I've also seen people selling Oligarch above retail since its not replaced by Isola Blu... Scent wise, Oligarch wins for me, but with the whole package in mind, Basso takes it. Looking forward to the Erba pura comparisson!

Been wearing it for the past two weeks at work. Its 'nice' but nothing mind blowing. With all the hype from this and Vibrato from influencers I was expecting these two to be powerhouse bombs but they're not. Now layering both is a whole new level, smells soooo nice imo.

You can always dial it back man. As much as I’d like to have full bottles right now it’s unrealistic as I had a lot to begin with and those are nowhere near to getting finished. This also says a lot about fragrance addiction but then that’s another conversation.

@@TroyD247Mall Of course. I’ve reached that point where my taste has changed and I’ve been selling bottles off because of this, mostly designers I purchased during my first year in. I guess my question was, since you mostly sample for the most part, what full bottles do you have that you plan on keeping around, if any? I remember you had a handful of Amouge that you enjoyed :)

I like this a lot. It isn’t mind blowing but it is a very good fragrance in my humble opinion. This is absolutely similar to Oligarch. Great review!

Yes it is very close to Roja Oligarch (also Terre de Hermès)

Hi mate, a while ago i posted on a picture thread of this you put up and mentioned if any similarities between this and the discontinued andanté , well.... i have bottle of basso on its way so i finally get to side by side them. I know the notes are different, but andanté is quite similar to red vetiver and supposedly so is basso, ill report back

The scent of the perfume is exactly like the scent found in the Address Sky View Hotel in Dubai. The whole hotel is wrapped in this smell.

Tried both Baso and Vibrato out, projection mediocre, longetivity no more than 6-8 hours at the very most. Not what I expected and didn’t pull the trigger on either. Overhype
