Logan alright. first, i download a gif and i use vegas pro to add a 3d effect and a vhs overlay. then, i use photoshop to add the colored background. for the audio, i use fl studio to stretch it and change the tempo and pitch. once i have all of that done, i go back to vegas pro to put everything together, export the video, and tah-dah ! i truly hope this helps you. if you need anything else, just ask. 😌
