Would love to watch it with the Ladies of Troyes expansion! Additionally wanted to ask Paul how does this play Solo? I have heard it's quite difficult and that winning is nigh impossible even due to how aggressively the bot (LeRoy) buys dice from you.

If I may add my 2 cents: it isn't necessarily super hard, but you don't have a lot of control over or predictions on what the bot does. Some of his actions are whatever, while some are devastating. So ultimately it sometimes feels like you have to get lucky to win.

Also worth mentioning regarding player count is that you play 4/5/6 rounds when playing at 2/3/4 player. I've mostly played this game at 2, and I always feel that there's so little time getting to pound the 3rd round activity cards when they're only out for two rounds. On the other hand at 2player you each have more dice to work with which counterbalances that somewhat. As Martin said, a solid mid-weight Euro that plays pretty fast, and with a very interesting dice placement mechanism even though what you do with the dice maybe isn't particularly super-exciting. Would love to see it played with the expansion and how it changes things with just a couple more options to do on your turn.

As "Pearl Games" doesn't exist anymore, I don't see a reprint coming anywhere soon. I love the expansion especially for the pink die which can't be bought by your opponents.

At around 6 min 17 sec mark there is a skip. I like the teach and playthrough of thus, and seeing it with the expansion would be a definite watch.
