You can go ask for snacks, and drinks. The secret is that they won't ask. You need to do the asking and they will oblige.

@@TroySantulli Well we weren't on the same flight, as I did this on September 1, but I got curious as I'm pretty sure both our flights departed and arrived in the same gates and the flight attendants looked familiar. I really liked the airline though, definitely one of my best service experiences ever.

I have heard because the business class is so expensvie that a large portion are empty and the airline allows you to bid on the seats to fill at ablut a week out from your flight? Did you notice them empty

Actually no if you pause the video at 1:52 you can see it looks quite full. You are right that it’s expensive though. Maybe most of the people got bumped up but I don’t know about that policy

I flying out on Fiji Airways tomorrow to Sydney from LAX. One thing that Fiji does not tell you is that they charge you for your seats when you check in. I just got hit for $77. They say we have premium seat... Row 61 is not premium. Every seat has a $33 charge in coach unless you take an Exit seat then it's double. I'll never fly them again after this trip.
