So the job he has was replacing the exhaust manifold. Which is why he saved the sensor.

"That should disconnect it" I got everything off and now I can't disconnect the 02 sensor connector so now i'm just screwed because prying it off with a screwdriver or yank it off the pliers does nothing. yanking it out just moves it out of it's clip position

Also, turn engine on and run for 10 mins or so. Probably did not needed the torch.

Rule one don’t heat up the metal is causes the metal to shrink let the metal cool down.
