Tap the inner seal in befor you put the hub on and the bearings then tighten up the bearings and tap the outer seal in place

Sometimes the inner seal will stay inside the hub make sure to get that out and replace it. Use a good pry bar dont worry if you damage it you are going to replace bouth inser and outer seals.

Place a rag into the axle tube to keep debris and spray cleaners out.

One thing to note here - I didn't see you pre-lube the outer bearing with gear oil. Now is that normal or is this not usually done as one of your other team members did this before he installed the outer nut. also Pre-Loading the bearing seems to be a bit sloppy the way you showed as I thought it was to be torqued to 60ft pounds and then backed off 6 clicks for original bearing being reused or / 5 clicks if new bearings were installed...
