The trick where you raised the suspension from the rotor really helped me get the lower ball joint free.

You didn’t show where you cursed and used all of the profanity dictionary to separate the ball joint, those can be a PIA at times if you want to same re-use them. Thanks for sharing, I have a 2015 and I know soon I’ll have to do maintenance.

Hi, getting ready to do this job on my 2009 Honda Pilot EX-L. Just wondering if you had to remove that sleeve off the ball joint and transfer to new ball joint??

I got the old one out but have issues getting the new one back in. The bushing slide in but then the ball joint doesn’t reach. When I put the ball joint the front bushing won’t go in.

Is it better to replace the entire control arm or just the large bushing? I've noticed that the bushing can be bought separately, but I'm curious about the pros and cons of each approach

How do you know it’s safe to remove any suspension parts without a spring going boing and bouncing itself to the moon?

Your torque on your ball joint to steering knuckle is listed at 43 to 51 lbs except on the 2007 Acura (haynes) Maybe verify that torque, pretty high compared to 43, almost double...
