I think the prison admin should try by all possible means to reach out to the parents of those kids. Some hasn't contact with their parents since kept in custody

I was thinking the same. What these kids need is some counseling and education to keep them out of the streets. I guess there is little rehabilitation within our prison system. Doli incapax don't work in Gambia 😏

OMG, teenagers are keep for months only to be involved in stealing communication gajets. My question is: 1. What lead them to be involved in such? 2. Where are the parents of those kids, are they really taking there responsibility as a parent?
