Kane. I think the point is that yes, the clock had stopped but the defensive team had extra time to set up before the next play begun, therefore wasting/annulling the game time.

These people complaining that in the dying minutes of a game when the other team looks like a chance to win it that the umps should 'put the whistle away'. Where's the double standard?
@ManOgwaR7 ай бұрын
The double standard is where Brayshaw gets penalised for 'Deliberate' in the dying minutes of that game and a minute later, with a minute left in play, Charlie Dean casually walks up to the boundary line and drops the ball over the line unpressured within a kick of Freo's goal with the scores level and no 'Deliberate' call!

Thank heavens , the Dees let Grundy go, to be perfectly honest with you. Maybe Kane has a point, but I reckon Jacko could make a creative and obstructive key player, forward or back, where ever required.

There is a difference between interpretation of a rule and discretion to apply a rule. There is NO discretion if a rule is clearly broken which is was by the Collingwood smartarse who threw the ball to Daicos. Whether it cost time is irrelevant.

Yes he did Kane he delayed the game so they could get Collingwood defenders back. That's what the delay does. It allows the Collingwood defenders to get back and they do it often late in games and Scott Pendlebury questions. The umpires on every single decision have a look at Scott Pendlebury every time there's a decision he looks at the umpire and says do you know who I am Scott Pendlebury is one of the worst umpire intimidation players I've seen and you might think butter melts in his mouth because he's got Pendlebury but have a deeper look Kane..... You've gotta look at how many games they've played together. They can't get their respective roles down because of Darcy coming in and out of the side with injury, which pushes Jacko to flip between dedicated ruck and then forward/ruck.
