To decide if TRT is in your best interests, a formal diagnosis of testosterone deficiency is made following a full diagnostic blood test, along with a second confirmatory test. More information can be found here - themenshealthc....
If you’ve not had any blood tests to date, we would recommend starting with either the ‘TRT Complete’ or ‘TRT Complete Plus’ blood tests - themenshealthc.... These are both comprehensive blood tests that look at all of your hormone markers, as well as other general health parameters which would highlight any potential reversible causes for your low testosterone. If you would like to go ahead, we can organise a test for you, or you can request them from your GP.

A sauna is torture unless it’s that hot you have to get out after 20! 😂

Na. I work 7 days a week for countless weeks. I work so many consecutive days that I can't remember my last day off. I work an extremely physically demanding job and have my own business. A day off to recharge is like a mini vacation for me. Rest and rehab is important. Gotta do what works for you.

I do sauna, long walks, weightlifting 3-4 times a week, thats my rest. It is needed. I dont agree with u on this one

You misunderstood, I sauna regularly but it 100+ and for 20 mins to get the max effect 😊
