When you sweat, and the humidity is in the 80 plus range, it doesn’t evaporate. It stays on your body and you are now in a steam bath. 115 degree weather in Arizona is a dry heat. If it was 115 and 83% humidity, your skin would start to scald.

I think his awareness of the problem saves lives and the real threat is politicians who deny the facts. Corals die at 86 degrees and most of our oceans in the FL Keys are above that and it's only May. 91 water temps in Marathon is insane, last summer this area broke a world record of 101 water temps. Watch out for hurricanes this year.
