This dorm looks a bit like the Victoria University of Wellington dorm Stafford House in New Zealand. But I think TRU's North Tower is a wee bit more spacious than Stafford House and the view is more stunning. Stafford House is in downtown Wellington so very urban and idk if the top floors get views of Wellington Waterfront. But daaaayummm that view from the TRU dorm is to kill for!

I am starting law school, so i need quietness if i were to live at one of the on campus housings/residence. How is partying and noise dealt with? What if the RA is loud?

Imo after staying a year here, it's not worth the money. The only good thing I'd say about it is the convenient location. There are constant water issues meaning you're gonna have cold showers for most of the time or clogged sinks. It also has no oven or stove top. The view is only nice if you got lucky and got the good side of the building too. It's not the worst place to live but at the price you are better going off campus or going to east village for cheaper.

It's too expensive and the staff is horrendous. They have a lot of water issues too. Anyone is better off staying in other residences or off campus
