I did Keto (truck stop food) for 8 months, lost 100 lbs. No problem maintaining either.

Eat once a day. Drink Water, Soda to fill you.... Fast the rest... Do some push ups or bring some weights.

Don't do the surgery method. Get the weekly injection of Mounjaro. Since January 2023, I went from 263lbs to 235lbs now!!!

Looking forward to seeing your progress, I knew a girl in Louisiana had it done I saw the progress after a couple of months than didn't see her for maybe 7 months and I literally did not recognize her she looked fantastic. Good luck on your journey

I went to Mexico 5 years ago 3400 no problem! Just know you can gain the weight back after surgery if your not careful. Good luck

Man I have been dealing with weight issues all my life !!! The best think that ever happen to me was the ketogenic diet. Do weight training even more then cardio bc weight training burns calories all day good luck brother I watch all of your videos

I had my surgery 20 years ago im still 150 lbs lighter but you must exercise to keep it off I had to quit drinking alcohol because I became a alcoholic

I exercise now every other day when I’m home. So that shouldn’t be an issue. That’s awesome you were able to quite alcohol, too.

If u need advice after the surgery let me know, I no got mine 1 year ago, lost 200 lbs in one year. All your life will change for good but is a big change, u will hate it at the beginning but is the best, u will reborn, learning how to eat drink but is worth it

I'm going to be 37 ....I'm at 272 ... I'm supposed to be between 180 and 200 😒 It seems like it takes about 2 to 3 years for me to gain 20 to 30 lb when I start a trucking I was about 215lb Then I jumped up to 240 sat there for a while maybe 3 years 4 years next to you know I'm 260 for 3 or 4 years .... now even though I've been actively trying to eat better I'm at 272 next thing you know I'll be 300 🤦.

I feel ya there. Yea, it took me the 9 years to go from my 270 back to where I’m at now. It just creeps up on ya. It’s a terribly difficult thing to get a firm grasp on.

I was 380 pounds give or take, the way I did it was, I halved my carb intake, so half the potatoes, pasta, bread and rice, increase my meat and veg, and became more active, I'm now 185 pounds and alot healthier, with milk, there is more sugar in semi skimmed and full skimmed milk than there is in full fat, believe me when I say, it's nothing to do with portion size, it's more about what you eat, it also depends on how it's prepared and how it's cooked, but that being said, good luck with it all man, Greetings from an ex truck driver from the UK 🇬🇧
