Use ropes before loading, small vehicle can pull those ropes to unload the trailer. Faster and save the truck tires, brakes and clutch.

Going in reverse fast has nothing to do with the transmission... you floor it in reverse and then you engage the clutch and slam the brakes on. Then you put it in gear and drive forward and repeat. Pretty simple. Wouldn’t hurt transmission at all
