Well I never. Baltic Wharf v close to me. You’ve got to be careful of the ditches either side of the road as you go on to wallasea island. They’re 12 foot deep & regularly trucks slide into them trying to get over to one side. Also the tide covers road on highest spring tides. That’ll delay you for 40minutes. Don’t try & wade through you’ll go off the edge (see above)

ahhh that old chestnut ‘other drivers have done it ‘ They will say or do anything to get it where they want it . Ground workers are the worse for getting you stuck . DONT listen to them if you don’t feel it’s safe then DONT do it . Soon as you enter them sites do not leave the only strip of tarmac you have other wise that truck is going in and your going in with it then let’s see if they are so quick to pull you out …
