Martin: I am not a doctor but this works for me and so far, all my friends and my 98 year old dad - when you feel something coming on (sore throat, cold, covid, whatever) AFTER YOU EAT take 1 tablet of Vitamin C with Quercetin and 1 tablet zinc. The zinc stops viruses from replicating and the vit C with quercetin aids the cells to take in the zinc. If you take zinc on an empty stomach you will feel nauseous for awhile. Do this once a day until you feel better - usually works the same day!
