The S jones tanker at .23 was my dad's lorry. It was brand new and just out the paint shop. We went to the ERF and Foden truck show at weston Park 1992. We took the caravan, but I slept in the the ERF all weekend. I was only 13 lol.

My goodness what a great video yet again. The ERF EC is up there with the Scania 3 series for the best made by the manufacturer at the time. I had the privilege to work in these in the mid 90’s for HTL, Throughbred Trucks all part of DFDS who’s fleet was 95% ERF. And R Lawson a service agent in Boston Lincolnshire. How many drivers could drive the best gearbox in the world the Eaton Twinspilt with a 14ltr Cummins. Oh happy days. Keep up the nostalgia

In my mind this was the true last great truck ERF made designed by true ERF people I think it was the last smc paneled cab everyone nearly had these in there fleets
