This Trucking Game may not be a view from inside the cab, but it's the most realistic physics that a truck makes where you get to understand how to truck operates in reverse. American Truck Simulator (ATS)and European Trucking Simulator 2 (ETS2) are the best trucking games that you get, and I recommend that you play them, but my game is created for people to just get used to reversing a trailer.
I have heard from so many users that truck schools across the country use my game and use my videos to show their students how to back up.

Pulling out of a space gives me so much anxiety! I was at a Pilot the other day, hoping the guy next to me would leave first, but he didn’t look like he was in too much of a hurry, so I just went for it. I made it just fine, but boy, was I nervous!

Your videos got me through my first 2 years accident free and now I am in a union company making 100k a year. Thank you. I am particularly interested in your tail swing videos. We go into very tight areas and tail swing when turning sharp is the cause of many accidents here.

One way my trainer taught me was to go straight (assuming your tandem isn’t way back) and start turning when your trailer blinker passes the truck fender of the guy to your side. Better to do the side you can see while turning. So far a year and 1/2 with no accidents. Solo for 1yr 3 months. But I won’t lie, had a few close calls

40 foot is the golden position for city turning also. I run local in Chicago and always have them at 40 for perfect turns

I watch your videos even though I'm proficient at driving. And enjoy them...my hardest least favorite parking scenarios are at at rest areas with the slanted parking spots..trucks with ass ends hanging out..i feel like I am setting up wrong.

David, thanks for your work. I’ve been an OTR driver for six years and I still watch your videos a couple of times a week and I play your game regularly. Part of being a pro is getting better every day, you have helped me to this end. Backing is stressful on good days, but some situations double or triple the stress; just knowing how to setup and execute in difficult spots reduces the stress considerably. I still stress out over trailer swing on the blind, but cockiness is not a virtue in trucking.

You said that if you turn too late, if you reverse to the right it will create an angle that makes the trailer hit the guy on your right's mirror. I've pulled out before where i barely had room and I had to do that but i made sure to do a little at a time, like one degree. Like I would go forward left a couple feet, back right a couple feet, forward left a couple feet, back right a couple feet, til I was out of the space. I hope I didn't clip the guys mirror without noticing.

This training game would help me tremendously. I am limited to going to truck driving school on Saturdays, so that’s my only practice all week. This game would allow me to practice all the time and help me understand trailer movement vs. tractor....

I believe it is 40' from king pin to the center between axles, in California.

The state of California requires all tractor-trailer combinations to meet the King Pin to Rear Axle (KPRA) law. What does that mean to professional drivers? The center of the rear axle on all trailers must be at the 40-foot mark or shorter and must not weigh over 34,000 pounds on the trailer axles.

The TA TRUCK STOP parking in Commerce, GA has pretty much the same limited space. Pulling out was 😧. Had to get help from someone to let me know i clear the trailer swing from hitting the other truck side view mirror on the passenger side.

Never be afraid to ask for help, if I know I’m pulling out from a tight spot I will definitely ask for a spotter or just GOAL constantly.
