C15 Housing Makeover: Seals, Thermostats, and Paint for a Like-New Look

When I had to replace the thermostat housing gasket on my Caterpillar C15 Acert I decided to take it apart and put in new seals and thermostats. Then I decided I should also give it a new paintjob and clean up the bolts and bolt holes also.
