I have gone to almost strictly vlm with an op machine on carpet tiles in commercial setting. IMO outperformes hwe. Haven't done much vlm for residential though

Have to do what works for you. Personally nothing beats HWE for tile, grout and stone for cleaning deep into grout and pores of natural stone.

Keep using that vlm Loosen up those carpets for me and I will stretch them scrubbing the carpet is not going to get as clean as hot water extraction 😂 if you’re so worried about wet carpets how about using low pressure on your steam extractor have a good vacuum suction ! I do like that upholstery tool you have 👍

I’m driving a 200,000.00 HWE set up and mention in the video we do 10% VLM. It’s obvious where my priorities are. And FTR, hot water extraction guys do more damage when they splash and dash than low moisture could ever do. And maybe you don’t know the difference between low torque OP (oscillating pad) vs a hi torque 175 swing buffer machine. Regardless, one must be willing to pivot or adapt with the times or get left behind. Imagine 100 years ago one had a hammer, saw and some nails building a home. Can it be done? Of course. But now with modern technology most are willing to pivot and adapt by using power saws and nail guns.

Times are changing and so has encapsulation chemistry. Believe me as the owner of Truckmountforums HWE is in my blood. But I see the writing on the wall and we gotta pivot or be left behind.

So are the vacaway formulas more effective than supercap products? Been using supercap oxy3 with great results in commercial setting.

They are different. A few are more powerful for cutting oils and urine.

With this truck I like doing 3 jobs a day. But if I was younger and hungrier I’d put 2 helpers up front, run 2 wands while I upsold and do 5-7 a day!

Science says different as nothing removes and is effective at destroying and removing contaminants as hot water extraction. And I say that now as I’m my own chemist making Vacaway products daily. The formulas can’t be beat for VLM. However VLM is a great tool to have in the tool box when needed or warranted. So we will have to agree to disagree.
