​@@V1-1458 No genius it's because the World Trade center was designed with an open floor plan in mind and so used A pillar post support which means all the framing and posts were at the circumference of the square layout, making the middle weak with no support.

The only big issue is that it takes too much for big buildings to fully collapse. Sometimes even float and you gotta do allot more before the physics take hold of the whole structure.
