Trucks Miss The Cable Line That Goes Over Pinellas Trail By Inches

I captured a video in this location before. I had noticed the cable was hanging pretty low and there was a dent in part of it from what looked like a truck may have hit it.
Some of the video was recorded before the cable was fixed and after. You will see a truck in the end that would have hit the cable line had they not fixed it.
