It would be wonderful if Justin led the Liberals into the next election because it would finally get the electorate's verdict on things like his abuse of the Emergencies Act, his lack of concern about the economy and so on. It would set up some very useful 'third rails' for future politicians. But he has always been a quitter, and I expect him to do what he always has done -- quit to avoid the consequences of bad decisions.
