Hey fellas, I am looking to buy a set of 7x3 or 9x3 legs pads. Did a little research and it appear the 7x3 are about 2 pounds heavier than the 9x3. Can you confirm ? thanks.

Have had these since release day. Typically a 35+2 in Brian’s and went to a 34+2 in these. First mid price point pad I have bought and my only complaints are the fast slide and lack of a bit of protection in the glove. Going to get a px9 glove for sure.

I have the intermediate 31 +2, it came with the quick slide in inner knee stack area. White

Will the all black pad not slide as well as the other colors?

What is the width of the intermediate 7x3 pads?

what do you guys think about breaking in the glove? Any feedback? Feels awfully stiff in store (I know gloves need a break in) but I could barely close it as an adult.

Any catching glove will break in like butter if you do it properly. Closing stiffness is literally the only thing that you should not factor in when looking at catching gloves.

I would have grabbed a pair of blue if they didnt have blue in the two of the colour zones, they could have looked so nice, but they look weird in the colour pattern they chose, but i guess thats why they want you to spend another $1k for custom haha

I have some 7X3s, and I completely hate them. I wouldn't recommend these.

why?

@@aaronstandish4635 fit differently on one leg than the other, had issues sliding, generally weren't comfortable. I recommend Vaughn V10s if you're looking for a similar style of pad

@@IMAGE_NT_HEADERS damn. i just saw another review saying they slid terribly too. my current ccm eflex 500's are nearly a decade old and whatever I buy next will be the last paid of pads i own. really thought lefevre was the way to go but i just learned only the pro models are made by them and these are just "designed" by them.
