First thing 2lakhs are veryyyy enough for Ground Classes for 5 subjects because the one called Technical Specific is done by self only or Flying school.... and yesss the money above 1.5 or 2 lakhs are just a DONATION TO GROUND CLASS!!!!!

it's cheaper but once you complete your training there is like a 10-15 year bond that you have to serve in the Indian army before leaving and becoming commercial pilot

The procedure is that you must complete maths and physics from open school, NIOS. After you have completed them from NIOS you can become a pilot.
