Great stories except I don’t follow why “Bubba” was offering a check to the guy? The guy was buying Bubba’s lawn mower, and it doesn’t make sense. Did I miss something?

Its tough to follow a couple of rednecks in conversation. .With guns and knives no less! . Probably just as well we failed to attain clarity on that story. "We ain't got nary an idea of that there story, I reckon." LOL

Great stories team Sleslor. In the 1st story, the couple shouldn't berate themselves for renting and l think they should have tried again instead of destroying the shed. It was just a matter of the wrong person. The Bubba story had me in stitches. I'm sure l heard the amusement in Mrs Sleslor's voice, especially when she said the word varmint 😂. I have to wonder if it was a real story. Thanks for the upload, you guys made my day.
