Britney I want to thank you and Bailey recently I was a victim of a stalker who broke into my house and held me captive and I was severely attacked the guy actually believed that we were on a date and he had me watch a true crime video magically you two beautiful women popped in my mind I've been watching all four years I remember y'all did the girl in the box story and I remembered in that crazy time how the young lady played into him and gained his trust and I really believe that's how I escaped with my life and I am able to be with my children today.. his name is DaMarcus guy and I officially got Justice last week may God bless you and Bailey you don't understand what these videos could do for somebody I TRULY BELIEVE BUT Y'ALL SAVED MY LIFE❤❤❤

When I tell you that my mom had my landlord check on me when all her calls went to voicemail cos I got home from work and knocked out on the couch. And this other time I forgot my phone in the office and she had my brother drive over an hour to make sure I was good, I can’t fathom how they let 6 days pass

Girl, when I tell you me & my husband decided to have a "no phones" date night while the kids were with my in laws and my parents sent the POLICE to our house 😅 In their defense we talk multiple times a day, and I had just been telling then about how me & hubs had an argument. They thought he took me out, when really he just took me out on a date lol. But yeah as a mother, I'm not blaming them for what happened. But I would've handled all of it differently.

Mine would wait this long, but that’s because I regularly blow off their calls. So they don’t know my routine. I also keep family at a distance. It would only be if we had plans to meet, or if my mother’s intuition kicked in, that they would call the cops.

​@rheap129 thank you! I have a 15 year old and I try to not be a helicopter parent, and in return she tells me damn near everything. Even stuff I don't want to know lol. But first off if she tells me she's going to a friend's house, better believe I've at least texted with that friends parents. & if she disappeared like that and I had to go to the police? Sis would be sitting here looking at my face in this house for the next idk how long. Not letting her go repeat the same behavior and just disappear for 6 days! And please believe my daughter would not be allowed to just ride around with some grown ass man like that! No thank you.

19:16 I swear Kevin has to have something to do with it. Her phone probably pinged there because that's where they decided to chill and smoke. I've been a pothead teenager before the abandoned scenes sometimes feel like the safest place because you know it well and you know no police officer/ neighbors / randos are going to come stumbling up. He probably somehow took her life unfortunately and covered it up by moving her body. The cadaver dogs hit on his car ... and listen.. I get she was in his car previously and that is a fact.. but hear me out... why didn't the dog hit on the boyfriend's car? .. you know she would have been in his car previously as well.. and that's meaning even if it had been a week since she was in his car. They are cadaver dogs they're trained to smell corpses. They didn't smell a corpse in the boyfriend's car they smelled her normal natural scent. They would have smelled decay from Kevin's car from where her remains were transferred in his vehicle. She doesn't have to be bleeding or leaking fluid everywhere to be murdered or for the dog to pick up on the scents. What was the point in even putting the cadaver dogs into the mix if you weren't going to consider the results. .. you suspected the boyfriend... so would actions have been taken differently if the cadaver dog that on his car and not Kevin's? I mean the results were what they should have assumed to have been. The dog hit on one vehicle and not the other because the body was in one vehicle and not the other. That is an entirely humongous reason to start extensively looking into.. pulling warrants & searches .. or finding CCTV on said person to confirm/ deny an alibi that was only corroborated by a man's mother... I mean we all know how momma's do in a lot of these cases *cough cough* in my opinion anyways. 😅🥴 The body expels fluids and smells upon death that the normal person could not detect. I think this case is lacking a crap time of detective work and a crap ton of forensic evidence. However I don't think the lack of forensic evidence is due to there being none.. but the lack of poor policing. I feel so terribly sad for her family.

I mean the mom was obviously trying to get her daughter to stop and even moved but kids are sneaky and do what they please if they really want to hence them lying to their parents about where they were. Her parents even told her to stop hanging out with Miguel and she needed to break up with him MULTIPLE times. Kids need to listen to their parents more. That’s the problem. They want to be grown so bad and then end up in grown situations where it’s too late. You can’t completely blame the parents

Why would Miguel do an independent lie detector test? Like if he's so innocent then just cooperate with the police! That said I think Kevin is more suspicious. If he has the mental capacity of a teenager and we know teenagers are an out of control hormonal lot, then it wouldn't surprise me if he wanted a little extra attention from her that night and she said no. I mean they spent all night hanging together, she's an attractive girl and guys usually think about one thing when they're alone with a girl. Maybe he didn't take that rejection well and one thing led to another. It's sad that she's still missing though. I hope the police can help the family get closure soon. I keep thinking her brother must feel so guilty. I hope her family is as ok as they can be and can get some closure to start healing soon.
