Yeah, you guys always make it sound like true dual is always the way to go, and it's not for everyone. Not to mention the sound levels are illegal in some states. You should do a video on the differences of the H-pipe, vs X-pipe, vs straight out, and what advantages/disadvantages each has. Just a suggestion. Love the videos!

I got true duals on my Tahoe and it was way louder and it popped more. But I also had a x pipe

True duals are X pipe or H pipe, my old 07 f150 5.4 had a flowmaster american thunder series on it and we wanted it louder so we just unhooked the pipe from the inlet side and used metal wire to hang it from the underside 😂 it was loud and illegal but it sounded good unless you were WOT

If you noticed every car make that has true duals sound the same. They all have that Blat sound. it’s not until they add some type of cross over that you can hear the unique sound of that engine.

You see the scam is, convince them that True Duals sound good, then when they come back in a week with a check engine light, lower power, worse MPG and deaf from the drone, charge them a second time to add a crossover.

1. It’s a preference, not for everyone. 2. Check engine light only happens when delete the cats. 3. Only affects power when you delete the cats due to loss of back pressure and even then it’s barely noticeable. 4. Only affects MPG because people tend to get on the gas more with ANY aftermarket exhaust. 5. Drone is life. Not for everybody.

They've all got a similar ploppy chainsaw with diarrhea kind of sound to em... I'll never be convinced that just deleting the muffler(s) off of anything sounds good. I have "true duals" on 2 different trucks, a 1994 F150 with a 351v8, and a 1995 dodge ram 1500 with a 360v8. Both have long tube headers, both have no cats, both have 2.25 inch pipes ran down the passenger side that exit out the back, niether has any kind of crossover, the ford has a pair of dynomax super turbo mufflers, the dodge has a pair of 3 chamber magnaflows. They're both what a normal person would consider loud, but neither of em sound anything like the trucks in this video.
