Its amazing these modified ponzi models stay in operation as long as they do. These firms can shut down when the out going numbers catch up with incoming numbers. After a short break they can reopen the same business model under a different name and build it up again. It should be illegal but the fact that payouts occur for the time they're in operation makes declaring them an all-out ponzi difficult. What we don't know is how much cash reserves actually exist at the time they shut down ..... which is likely their intention from the start.

Purchased 10k account on August 2023, was in deep drow down by the end 2023, changed some rules, updating my system on my trading ways risked 0.5% per trade. for four months with strict rules passed phase one, just in last week remained 1.7% to finish phase 2 , now this news comes up of shutting down, like they have to know 99dollars is big deal to others put all my time and energy in this industry for this scammers

They owed me $2000 which isn't even a lot, and dragged it out for over a week until they filed for closure. Probably never going to see that money again, but surely it must be illegal to just forego payouts when so many payouts are still pending

My intention was always to get as many funded accounts as possible before everything when to shit. Prop firms have been great for me as it’s enabled me to fund multiple accounts of my own, which was always my plan…..

unfortunately, you cant guarantee that a good trader that passed all the challenges will not blow up the firm's real funds. There is another model that Im trying to build which can make everyone happy and keeps the firms away from the bad surprises. But the copy paste is blinding peoples eyes and forbidding them from thinking out of the box

I can only trust a firm that will not ask for a fee to join. I wonder if any such firm exists. Maybe there should be a firm that allows you to sign up on their platform, trade with your own small funds first, then if you are consistently profitable they fund your account with larger capital.
