@@BrianMiller-r8x Sorry for the slow reply, but I have been working till early morning hours the past few days. To answer your question..... You would need to register an account with binance, then on binance look for deposit crypto, select usdt, and copy the USDT address it gives you the go to the wallet where your crypto is and send it to the address binance gave you. The transaction could take between 5min to 24 hours to reflect (depending on various factors) but my experience has shown an average of 5 to 15 minutes oh and I would be more careful with seed phrases, if the wrong person gets hold of that info, they can access your account.
