Do your research and make your own conclusion on what what seems more credible and reliable. If you just go believing anything and everything everyone says, you will keep having to change your beliefs every time someone says someone says something. Do read my main comment on this video, it might help you open some boxes to see inside.

Your story is very similar to mine...I also used my brains to move from a mudhouse school in Eastercape to Cape town, learned that proper English offeres privilege and so I mastered the vocabulary and American accent. Later in Highschool I suffered from a "psychotic breakdown"...I suffered alot during that time because my family was against ubungoma so they took me to church and church diagnosed me with demons...Later in varsity I decided to seek psychiatric treatment and after multiple misdiagnosis and brain scans they decided I had epilepsy of the temporal lobe...I was heavily medicated but it didnt help..I was losing it cos I saw and heard things that made me sound crazy. I ended up dropping out of university...I was also doing the arts(animation). I decided when I was 24 to leave home and I came to Joburg alone...I wanted freedom from myself. When I arrived I met a man who became my husband...he guided me into meditation and he ensouraged me go ask questions I was raised to never ponder on. I automatically got into self-initiation..I had to thwasisa myself because no one In my family could help...it was a dark but liberating process. Only recently did they(abantu abadala) thwesa(graduated) me into my colors...but I dont wear Physical beads etc...my colors in embedded in my heart...those that see can see them. So nothing stops idlozi when they want to manifest in the physical through a chosen vessel. Thokoza gogo.

Okay this episode made me cry.. tears of joy ,sadness and of confidence as Gogo Dineo has confirmed what I've been trying to tell people I know and my mother cause I've been labelled so many hurtful words by my mother just because I have taught myself connecting with the earth's energies as we are all connected irrespective of our backgrounds and skin colors, uGogo just reminded me of an old movie called Avatar and how everything and every spirit is connected ,Rre Leope and Bab' Penuel I thank you for listening to your followers/fans/listners/believers cause now I know who Gogo Dineo is and that folk like me are not alone ,I'm no sangoma but I do have my gift/gifts as lately I've been making sense of why I'm thinking and dreaming of people I haven't seen in over a decade or less then seeing them a few days or week later ,Thokozani you beautiful spirits💚👏🏾👏🏾

I appreciate DJ Sbu for putting Penuel on and giving him such a huge platform for him to get better because believe you me Penuel is great and he can only get bigger and better,Penuel keep going brother and please dont stop doing videos in your own page where you are not filtered where you can be your authentic self and compare yourself to the Kanye west of this world and where you can swear all you like cause some of us appreciate authenticity in people. Constructive criticism is great because it allows one to grow and get better but maybe DJ Sbu should do it after the show not while Penuel is asking the guest question for eg when Penuel said to gogo Dineo "so you grew up in Alex" DJ Sbu said "see this is what I hate about convos b4 the interview", (I cringed) or when Penuel wanted to compare himself to gogo when she said"I have 4kids with same man" instead of criticising him on the spot maybe note down all the things he needs to work on and only do it after the show. We are learning alot from your videos I cant wait for you guys to drop the videos on a daily hopefully one day can be dedicated to interviewing an author of a book. Suggested guest is REBONE TAU she is female, book author of THE RISE AND FALL OF THE ANC YOUTH LEAGUE I think she will be great as she has a rounded knowledge on politics and we can learn a thing or two.May you also please bring ALDRIN SAMPEAR on Virtual M he is a news presenter on SAFM(what a grear mind) also I suggest you bring on ugogo Aubrey Matshiqi who is a sangona and political analyst.Squatters Worldwide unite✊

I love hearing this sister speak because I can identify with much of what she is saying, and has experienced. I’m a black American that is searching for African spirituality like many blacks around the world. I come from a line of religious ministers, my father b. 1931, grandfather b. 1865, my ggfather b. 1835, and gggfather b. 1818, but something affected me from 7 or 8 years old, and I always questioned my father’s Bible teaching because I read for myself, which I currently do. I’d like to hear more from this sister, and hear African storytelling.

UBUNTU - A Bantu spiritual concept denoting the interonnectedness of all things and beings in existence. The complete is not revealed to everyone. There are profound secrets, and the promise of stars altering revelations. Mystery religions do not provide a convenient holy text to all and the sundry. One has to engage in Life long Personal Research 🔬 Mystery religions do not provide the answers to everyone: the answers must be worked for, and are strictly reserved for those who show most dedicated and commitment. Mystery religions involve transcendental ceremonies that often assault the senses in deliberately disturbing ways.

I’m so glad I came across this podcast, I just started my journey of learning about my roots, I’m so interested in knowing more what African spirituality is all about. This podcast has given me light in a lot of things. I’m yet to read more books that contain African spirituality history. And I need to be careful of the kind of history books I intend to read as Gogo Dineo mentioned to be careful of this.
