Very, very enjoyable viewing. That first rain in the mountains shot (5 seconds?) was gorgeous. A bunch of other beauties as well. When that storm blew through, I couldn't help but wonder how long you had to hold the tent together. Oh, and if your 500C/M acts up, you can do a whole Breaking 'Blad thing.

Thanks a lot, Eric, that was a fantastic spot...except for the wind. It was a single day when the wind shifted where it was absolutely broadsiding the Hive and pulling up the stake. I switched to the original screw in bolt and the issue was solved. So I was only helping support that side until the wind died down a bit and I could switch out the stakes. I'm also stealing the "Breaking Blad" idea...fair warning haha

3:31 I always have this same annoying issue with my roll films, that small circle on the picture where there is a hole on the backing paper. Why is that? What film was that? I remember having it with Foma and Rollei films...

Huh, well that's actually good to hear (of course not for you) because I've never encountered it before. It does appear to be on Arista, Foma, Holga films but I've never seen it on a Rollei. The stock in the video was I THINK Arista EDU Ultra 200. You may already known this, but Foma, Arista, and Holga are all the same film stock, rebranded under their respective resale titles. I'm sure that's why it shows up across the brands. Quite strange.

Just found your channel. Wow, great content, love it! I just retired, finally revived my 30 year old darkroom, and hopefully have some time to get back into film photography. Quick question: What type of spray do you use to patch those pesky little light leaks in your darkroom tent? I've tried some black Liquitex Acrylic paint but perhaps the spray is easier to apply.

I'm always legitimately happy to hear about people getting back into the darkroom. Congrats on the retirement and resurrecting your darkroom! As to your question, I've arrived at the conclusion that Plasti-Dip (spray) is the best option and was actually recommended by Eskimo customer support when I asked about upkeep of the interior.
