@niziulover I think Tiny was broken regardless. Spirit’s Magnus was giving them trouble the whole series. Only Rubick was able to break them. It’s saddening to watch them just straight fuck up their draft in game 5. With first phase Tiny they should’ve picked Rubick after, or just picked Magnus for themselves. Tiny in this patch was broken regardless they didn’t have to rely on Lycan so much giving team spirit all the counter supports against their picks.

But I switched to Dota few weeks ago, still getting the hang of it, definitely harder than League but the challenge here excites me and this video inspired me to play more and be better. I love the progression in the animation. This year has been the best in terms of animation quality and quantity. I want them to do more draft scenes where they highlight key meta heroes/heroes to focus on or had a big impact that game. This is top notch documentary and I'm livid that they spent the extra time in refining the series. Before True Sight used to come out a few months after that TI but now it comes out a month before TI which makes us more hyped up about the game as well as reminding us of the previous champions. Thank you Valve for this incredible documentary series.

What I love most about Team Spirit is their positive attitude. Upper bracket round 1 game 3, team spirit were beaten by IG so hard as I watched: they hardly achieved anything in the whole game, their winrate was near zero, but when the game was almost over, yatoro performed a perfect bladefury+TP escape, and all the other four Spirit players tipped him right away. I saw their positive attitude as they would applaud themselves even if they were losing, I knew most people wouldn't , even most proffessional dota2 players. TI's worst-performed games always happen in the lower bracket, because the pressure of a whole year's work going to an unexpected finish is enormous, they could be afraid to lose their last chance, and they are still upset about how they lost the upper bracket position. But Team Spirit seemed 0% upset about losing their upper bracket, they won 5 BO3 straight into the grand finals, and when I watched TRUE SIGHT, I knew their PMA is so real. I watched it 5 days ago and I don't remember every detail but 41:17 "A snail walked into the bar", as when he went to the bathroom alone, collapse was thinking of jokes on the way to cheer up his teammates. What an optimistic team.

В то время как Спириты разжигали в себе азарт драться до конца, LGD пытались перестать зевать и начинали бояться оппонента, который внезапно вынес всех фаворитов и уверенным шагом идет к ним. Да и по пикам было заметно: в то время как Айрат с Мипошкой вели мини-дискуссию на тему что как и куда, да и остальные игроки к этому подключались, директор просто сидел и буквально в одну кабину распикивал (меня особенно впечатлил момент на первой карте - "тинкер нас ослабит, братья, у тебя выбор между войд спиритом и панго, выбирай быстрее, нтс, не тормози, увереннее". Начиная с того, что панго был откровенным пиком хуйни, простите мой французский, заканчивая тем, что он неслабо так нервировал этим нтс-а, который и так весьма заметно нервничал).

What this True Sight lacked was energy and atmosphere, due to the absence of the crowd. But instead, for this true sight, we got super insightful drafting, team ideas, communication, and true reactions after losing. I really, really enjoyed the drafting sessions and I'm glad they focused on it quite a bit. It was awesome to someone like me who fully doesn't understand the impact and importance of each pick. Damn I am not LGD fan but this was heartbreaking. I have always seen them as the biggest villain, as the last boss of Dota2. But this True Sight showed me that they are fellas who just passionate about this game. And the most unexpected scene was how positive they were even when losing in Finals. Hopefully, they will no more be King without the throne in this year.

This is crazy to see how both teams were reading each others mind during the draft, specially on the last game, thinking about Oger in the same time, there are more than 120 heroes but it seems obvious for them.
