Thank you for having a keen eye Kosterix! We chose to not place the cooldowns on the generic monster spells, as those spell will be cast for that turn only and then discarded.

Hi SmashSylar. We are not offering sleeves at this time for the smaller cards. It’s something we will definitely look to cover in our first expansion, where we will offer a larger selection of addons, including smaller sleeves, to cover all of the cards including these ones! Thanks for watching.
